The Bidder Shall Require the Attorney-in-fact That Executes the Required Bonds on Behalf of the Surety to Affix Thereto a Certified and Current Copy of the Power of Attorney. The Contract Time Shall Be 820 Consecutive Calendar Days From the "Notice to Proceed". No Bid Will Be Considered Which Fails in Any Respect to Comply With the Terms of the Bid Conditions and Contract Documents. Wilkes-barre Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informality in the Bidding. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Ninety (90) Days Subsequent to the Opening of the Bids, Without Consent of the Wilkes-barre Housing Authority.
