The Shaw House Deck Modifications consists of constructing a new wood framed roof structure and gas fireplace with stone chimney over an existing 30' x 30' wood deck. Replace decking with composite decking and provide new composite guardrail. Provide power to receptacles, fireplace, TV and ceiling fans. Extend gas line to new fireplace. FSU was the state's first normal school in West Virginia All Vendors shall furnish a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid protecting the State of West Virginia. The bid bond must be submitted with the bid. The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract value. The performance bond must be issued and delivered to the Facilities Business Office prior to Contract award. The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a labor/material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract value. The labor/material payment bond must be issued and delivered to the Facilities Business Office prior to Contract award. The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a two (2) year maintenance bond covering the roofing system. The maintenance bond must be issued and delivered to the Facilities Business Office prior to Contract award.
