The City of Fairmont, West Virginia is currently seeking qualifications for comprehensive engineering services to be provided for park, streets, and rail trail planning and infrastructure projects. These services include, but are not limited to: Planning related services such as leading and conducting public input sessions and plan development, which may include cost estimating plan goals A comprehensive review and evaluation of proposed project(s) Development of recommendations Development and preparation of preliminary engineering reports, which must include a feasibility analysis and opinion of probable costs Development of biddable plans and specifications The preparation and submission of any applications, clarifications, correspondence, reports, drawings, calculation projections, presentations, etc., required for/by applicable regulatory agencies, lenders, or others having authority over the project(s). Preparation of bidding and contract documents Answering questions during the bid process Participation in the evaluation of bids received Project administration Construction management services, including monitoring and inspection of construction and work in progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications and regulatory requirements, punch list development, final inspections, and third-party commissioning Evaluation of structural condition And resident engineering services Question Deadline 08/09/2024 at 3:00 PM ET All such questions shall be addressed to: Toni Delimpo, Purchasing Coordinator City of Fairmont 200 Jackson Street - Third Floor P.O.
