As of August 8, 2024, project was awarded to Jet Jack Inc, awarded amount is $171,490.30 This project involves sanitary sewer CIPP MH to MH lining repairs including internal reinstatement of active service laterals, cutting of any protruding taps, light and heavy cleaning, pre-CCTV verification, and NASSCO certified MH to MH post repair CCTV. All related traffic control, resident notification, and restoration of disturbed areas are also included in the project. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words 2024 WHITEHALL BOROUGH CAPITAL LINING PROGRAM An additional ten dollars ($10.00) will be required for each set of plans if they are to be mailed. Electronic copies will be available at no charge upon request. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workman Compensation must be fled with the executed Agreement. Bids shall only be received by bidders that are pre-qualified by the Borough of Whitehall. Bidders that are not pre-qualified to date in the Borough of Whitehall should contact the Borough Manager for the requirements. All Borough of Whitehall Pre-qualification materials must be in the hands of Courtney Wertz, Borough Manager, Borough of Whitehall, 100 Borough Park Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236, (412) 884-0505, by July 11, 2024. All bidders that submit pre-qualification packages to the Borough for review will be alerted of their status by July 18, 2024. Bids will only be accepted from bidders that are pre-qualified in the Borough of Whitehall The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein. The Bidder is advised that the Borough will award the contract to the lowest responsible pre-qualified bidder based on the total bid submitted. However, the bidder is advised that the Borough expressly reserves the right to reject all bids, and specifically reserves the right to award to the lowest responsible pre-qualified bidder a contract for all or any portions of the work listed in the proposal, and in awarding a contract for less than the total work listed, or less than all portions of the work listed, the contract price will be determined from the total quantities for each item listed and the unit price bid for each item listed.
