This project consists of pathway connection from Carr Park in the Village of Manchester to Grossman Road in Manchester Township. Work includes rehabilitation of an existing 4 sidewalk and construction of a new 8 wide hard surface pathway to meet ADA requirements. Associated work includes grading of the new pathway, and driveway reconfiguration at pathway crossings.
