Union County Public Schools is seeking bids for new generators to be installed at New Salem Elementary School & Fairview Elementary School. Project consists of New Generator at the locations provided below. New Salem Elementary 6106 Highway 205 Marshville, NC 28103 Fairview Elementary 110 Clontz Road Monroe, NC 28110 During the bid process, all communication relating to this bid shall be directed to the Project Lead Daniel Larres. daniel.larres@ucps.k12.nc.us. Failure to meet the requirement may consider your bid non-responsible. All questions and product substitution requests relating to this project shall be directed to the Procurement Lead identified above in the form of an email no later than July 12, 2024. Answers will be provided to all bidders. Installation of Fairview and New Salem Generators at New Salem Elementary School and Fairview Elementary School. Contract Documents are intended to specify basic description of the Work to be provided in the contract. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all aspects of this project and to comply with all current local, state, and national codes and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, complying with all ADA requirements. In the event of a conflict between the Scope of Work and code regulations, the Contractor shall notify the assigned UCPS Project Coordinator for direction. -New Generator at each location to tie into Cafe Freezers and Coolers. Card Access, security and Fire Panels Project is to be considered Turn-key. Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labors, permits, inspections, supervision, travel, etc. as needed for intended purpose of project.
