Renovation of a municipal facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,756-square-foot municipal facility.
The project includes tenant improvements to the existing Seattle Public Utilities offices on the 53rd floor of the Seattle Municipal Tower. The Work includes an area of approximately 7,756 SF and includes but is not limited to, demolition, construction of new walls, installation of doors, glazing and frames, built-in casework, acoustic ceiling revisions, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and fire alarm revisions and finish work. Question Deadline 07/17/2024 at 5:00 PM PT (Additive) Alternate #1: Verify Existing HVAC trunk feeder has spare capacity to accommodate load of new equipment. Rewire fan connections at existing mechanical equipment served by existing trunk line (VAV-04, VAV-14, VAV-15) to re-balance existing loads. Direction to be provided based on metering results. See sheet E9.01 for additional details. (Deductive) Alternate #2: Reuse existing toilet and urinal partitions Reinstallation of existing painted metal toilet and urinal partitions. Fill and repair scratches, dents, and holes. Electrostatically paint partitions off site and reinstall utilizing the existing above ceiling supports.
