the construction of the 2024 RRFB Projects. The Work to be performed shall be at the Snoqualmie Valley Trail ("SVT") crossing of Ballarat Ave. (new RRFB), the Orchard Dr. crossing of North Bend Way (replacement of existing RRFB), and the SVT crossing of Mt. Si Road (New RRFB). The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, installation of RRFBs, ADA compliant curb ramps, concrete sidewalk, trail connections, signage, and associated pavement, sidewalk, and existing RRFB removal, plus miscellaneous surface restoration, pavement markings, traffic control, and other Work as required to complete the Project. The Engineer's estimated cost for the 2024 RRFB Protects is $250,000 to $300,000. "The Contract shall provide 30 working days total. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid deposit in the form of a Surety Bid Bond made payable to the City of North Bend, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such Bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates if applicable. The subcontractors list must be submitted with the Bid Package. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid or in the bidding process, and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
