Site work and renovation of a civil project in North Bend, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project provides for the construction of approximately 145 linear feet of water main from the connection of the Sallal Well 2 CT line to the City's Hobo Springs line connection across Cedar Falls Way. In addition, it will include replacement and upgrade of electrical components inside the SCADA and telemetry cabinet, reactivation of the existing flow meter in the existing meter vault, and removal of an existing bypass line and clay valve in the existing meter vault. The Engineer's estimated cost for the Boxley Creek Mitigation Line Sallal Intertie is $345,900. The Contract shall provide 25 working days total. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid deposit in the form of a Surety Bid Bond made payable to the City of North Bend, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such Bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates if applicable. The subcontractors list must be submitted with the Bid Package. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregu- larities in the bid or in the bidding process, and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
