There is a 15% mini-mum Apprentice Utilization Requirement on this contract. There is a 20% minimum requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS) on this contract. Synopsis: The purpose of this project is to build a new fleet maintenance facility for the King County Wastewater Treatment Divisions Loop Biosolids program. Work of this Contract includes, but is not limited to: work over a critical aqui.- fer recharge area (CARA), LEED Platinum certification, clearing and grubbing, temporary erosions and sedimentation control (TESC), temporary construction facilities, site entrance improvements, landscaping improvements, on-site stormwater manage-ment, utility extensions and on-site utilities, and a pre-engineered metal building,
