Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Bend, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work to be performed shall be along SE.- Orchard Drive (between Meadow Dr and Riverside Dr), SB. Cedar Palls Aay (between Mt Teneriffe Dr and Mt View Blvd), E North Bend Way (between the Snoqualmie Valley Trail and SE 140th Street), and SE 140th Street (from North Bend Way to the Tanner Falls Subdivision frontage). 1 he Work will consist of, but is not limit- ed to, concrete sidewalk, vertical concrete curb and gutter, miscel - laneous surface restoration, pave- ment markings, sanitary sewer construction, storm drainage collection and conveyance, traf-fic control, joint utility trench, illumination, and other Work as required to complete the Project . The Engineers estimated cost for the 2024 sidewalk gaps project is $1,100,000 to $1,300 000. the Contract shall provide 90 working days total. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid deposit in the form of a Surety Bid Bond made payable to the City of North Bend, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such Bid including sales tax, and a] [ listed additives and alternates if applicable. The subcontractors list must be submitted with the Bid Package. The city reserves the right t0 reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid or in the bidding process, and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Bidder shall promptly notify Contracting Agency of any discovered omissions, conflicts, ambiguities, or discrepancies in the Bid Documents.
