Site work, paving and renovation of a fire / police facility in Nekoosa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for paving for a fire / police facility.
Base Bid: Saw-cut and remove existing asphalt pavement to prepare for new concrete slab. Excavate existing sub base as needed for new concrete slab and haul away spoils. Form and pour a 6" thick x 50'6" wide x 40' long concrete slab using 4,000 psi concrete, reinforced with #5 rebar 24" on center each way. Broom finish concrete Saw-cut concrete slab after cured Alternate #1: Excavate sub base additional 2" to prep for 8" concrete slab, haul away spoils. Furnish and install additional 2" of concrete to make slab 8" thick in lieu of 6" The envelope in which the bid is sealed shall bear the name and address of the bidder and the notation "Station 2 Concrete Slab."
