The City of Minneapolis makes this Request for Proposals in order to select a qualified consulting firm for providing Architectural & Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for the proposed Minneapolis Fire Department Training Apparatus Expansion Project. Project delivery method will be Design/Bid/Build. As of May 1, 2025, per owner, design is just beginning, architect has been identified. No further updates on construction. The City does not promise to accept the lowest cost proposal and specifically reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any formal proposal requirements, to investigate the qualifications and experience of any Contractor, to reject any provisions in any proposal, to obtain new proposals, to negotiate the requested services and contract terms with any Contractor, or to proceed to do the work otherwise.
