This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-24-Q-0158. Please note: RFQ246-24-Q-0154 is similar type of construction work and the site visit is the same day. This procurement is 100% Indian Owned set-aside under NAICS code 238160 with a size standard in millions of dollars $19.0. The Contractor shall furnish and install a metal roofing system and siding for the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma Water Treatment Plant, McLoud, OK. in accordance with the statement of work. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The official site visit is July 9, 2024. The closing date for receipt of quotes is July 26, 2024 COB CST. B) Technically specifications of the statement of work, acceptable materials list to be used. Offers shall be evaluated on an acceptable/non-acceptable basis. Unacceptability of "A" and "B" (stated above) shall render the entire quote unacceptable. Evaluation shall proceed as follows: 1. Quotes shall be ranked by price, from low to high 2. Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical acceptability beginning with the lowest priced quote 3. This process shall proceed until a technical acceptable quote is identified THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSIDER YOUR QUOTE FOR AWARD IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK CONTRACT AWARD SHALL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE OFFEROR OFFERING THE LOWEST REASONABLE PRICE AND MEETING ALL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The technical evaluation shall be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor in the submitted proposals. Furnish and install one roofing system and siding according to the statement of work below. One roofing system will be located at the Kickapoo Water Treatment Plant. The building is in need of a new metal roofing system along with aluminum or vinyl siding, fascia and trim. Completion of the project includes the furnishing and installing of metal roofing system, siding and all accessories to ensure a weather-tight installation at the water treatment plant
