Forest Avenue Development Phase - II Municipality of Grand Lake, NB The Work consists generally of construction of: - The construction of a subdivision; - Approximately 860m of roadway with ditched drainage. All roads will be finished with asphalt pavement; - Approximately 750m of 200mm PVC gravity sanitary sewer main including forty (40) 100mm residential sewer services and twelve (12) sanitary manholes; - Approximately forty (40) 100mm PVC drain tile piping from ditch; - Earthworks and grading for approximately forty (40) individual and greenspace areas; - Approximately forty-one (41) gravel driveways; - Stormwater management facility (dry pond) at the entrance of the subdivision; - Approximately forty-one (41) HDPE driveway culverts; - Approximately 235m of concrete storm cross culverts; and, - Topsoil & hydroseeding of ditches, individual lot yards, stormwater management facility and green spaces.
