Site work for a water / sewer project in Alma, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The installation of ±4120 LF of 6 IN DR18 C900 PVC water main including a number of hydrant assemblies, water meter relocations, and abandon in place the existing water main. All appurtenances necessary to complete the installation shall be included. The adjacent existing water mains shall be reconnected to the new water mains and all metered water services shall be reconnected to the new water main. Required Bid Security in the form of 5% of the Bid Total Price. Contract Time: Contract time shall consist of One Hundred and Eighty (180) consecutive calendar days for the completion of work, to be computed from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The City of Alma reserves the right to waive all technicalities, reject any or all bids, and make the award in their best interest.
