Remodeling of a library in Magna, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a library.
The bonding range is $75,000 to $125,000. Public restroom remodel, to include the men's and women's restrooms located in public library. Remodel includes replacing existing toilets, and urinals, and adding a toilet in the men's restroom. New tile floor, and wall coverings, carpet, and paint. Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Facilities Management invites your company to bid on project Magna Library Bathroom Remodel located at 2675 South 8950 West, Magna, Utah, 84044. Upon receipt of a fully executed contract and other required documentation, an official Notice to Proceed (NTP) will be issued. (a) The Contractor will have 120 calendar days to complete the project (b) The Contractor will conduct a punch list walk with the County no later than 30 calendar days prior to the expiration of the Contract Time (c) There will be a $200 charge per calendar day for liquidated damages *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
