Relocation of an existing modular classroom from William S patterson School in Clandeboye MB to Robert Smith School in Selkirk MB. Partial Work of this project is comprised of the decommissioning and relocation of one (1) existing modular classroom and associated materials from William S. Patterson School at 8461 Highway #9 Clandeboye, Manitoba to the following school site. Remainder of the Work of this project is comprised of the installation of the relocated modular classroom from the above site on the following school site: One (1) modular classroom unit to Robert Smith School, 300 Sophia Street, Selkirk, Manitoba for the Lord Selkirk School Division. The scope of work generally consists of relocating the modular classrooms from the designated manufacturing site and relocating it to the assigned school site as noted in the drawings and specifications. The Owner specifically requests that substantial performance of the Work be attained no later than October 14th, 2024, with final completion attained no later than October 28th, 2024 An in-person discretionary site visit is being scheduled as indicated below.
