Ref. #: IFB 24-018-UT Question Deadline 07/28/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions through Online Portal The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting sealed bids to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 Headworks Construction of a 12-million gallon per day headworks facility and equip to treat 6-million gallons per day. ***Bid Event: Bidders MUST ALSO submit an electronic bid on the City's ONLINE portal. Bids submitted after this date and time will be deemed non-responsive. Scope of Work Construction of a 12-million gallon per day (MGD) headworks facility and equip to treat 6 MGD including influent and effluent pipelines, flow meter vault, odor control facility, new vactor receiving station, demolition of the existing headworks, splitter box and vactor receiving facility, and appurtenant work, as an expansion of existing treatment facilities. This project is wholly or partially funded with United States Environmental Protection Agency funds, and therefore must comply with all federal cross cutter requirements. Neither the United States nor its departments agencies or employees is or will be party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. This procurement will be subject to all applicable federal regulations including the Davis Bacon Act requirements.
