The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal proposals for a Streets & Right of Way Maintenance Facility on a 22-acre site at Idalia Rd and Kim Rd designed to accommodate current staff and future growth/expansion. The facility must include spaces for mechanics, field and administrative staff, and storage needs. The project requires the analysis of existing utilities including extensions, potential relocation of existing structures, and integration of an Operational Annex for City Departments including a fueling station and car wash. Liquidated Damages will be assessed for delays in the amount of $200 per day for each calendar day beyond the agreed upon schedule specified in the final contract.
