The Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA Contracting Department has been tasked to procure a firm-fixed price type contract from qualified and responsible sources capable of providing Cooling Tower Water and Treatment services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) incorporated within the attached RFQ N0018924Q0419. This is a Combined SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on both the NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil) and SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov). The RFQ number is N0018924Q0419 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325998 All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 500 number of employees. This requirement is being advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. A complete RFQ package will be available by downloading the documents at SAM.gov https://www.sam.gov on or around 08/21/2024.
