The intent and purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit unsealed bids from qualified vendors to provide on an annual contract basis, elevator preventative maintenance (PM) and repairs repairs to two (2) DFS Labs located in Richmond, and Norfolk, VA. Please see scope of work attachment for MANDATORY site visit information. For pricing, vendors are required to complete in its entirety and attach to solicitation, Attachment A for the lots the vendor is bidding on. In addition, vendors are required to submit electronically, the Total Cost for each lot listed in the Item tab that vendors are bidding on. Vendors may bid on one or both lots and are not required to bid on both lots to be considered for an award. The initial Contract Period will be one-year with two optional (one-year) renewal periods It is the Bidder's responsibility to: 1) Contact DFS Procurement Consultant, Mike Oprysko, CPPB, VCO in writing, with questions regarding the solicitation no later than five (5) working days before the due date. Verbal requests for information will not be accepted.
