The work under this project consists of approximately 2,431 linear feet of 8-inch and 634 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer mains, including manholes, laterals, and cleanouts. It also includes the installation of approximately 12 linear feet of 4-inch, 715 linear feet of 6-inch, and 2,332 linear feet of 8-inch water mains and appurtenances, as well as 160 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining for indicated storm pipes. Question Submission Deadline: July 22, 2024, 3:00pm Question Response Deadline: July 30, 2024, 5:00pm The work is to be completed within 360 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), Liquidated Damages: One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($1000.00) per calendar day after time for Substantial Completion has expired. Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($500.00) per calendar day after time for Final Completion has expired. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100%
