As of November 5 2025 this project is close to bidding. "Due to the bids currently exceeding the allotted funds for this project, the bids are being rejected. Dewberry will revise the contract drawing package and re-issue for bidding in the near future." **Per the owner, all bids were over budget and as of 10/03/24 there is no apparent winning bid.** Records Building - Air Handling Unit Replacement: Base Bid includes installation of a new roof mounted outside air unit and replacement of four (4) built-up air handling units, including all required controls, fire alarm, and electrical support. An additional two (2) air handling units, including all required controls, fire alarm, and electrical support is included as an alternate. Work can be completed during normal business hours. The building wil be occupied during the construction period.
