A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project includes the construction of the Downtown Van Buren drainage improvements. The Work of this Contract is located along the 200 to 400 block of Main Street in Downtown Van Buren Arkansas and along Washington Street. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Construction of drainage system improvements All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17- 25-101 and related statutes. The City of Van Buren, Arkansas reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date. The City of Van Buren, Arkansas encourages participation of small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, as either a general contractor or subcontractor. Completion- 180 calendar days
