Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Van Buren, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The City of Van Buren, Arkansas is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing services for engineering and land surveying for 2025 City of Van Buren Capital Improvement projects including, but not limited to, streets, drainage, bridges, and parks. Qualifications will be accepted throughout the year, but to be assured you are considered for evaluation for all 2025 projects, SOQ must be received by the advertised deadline. Qualifications submitted shall be from firms qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state of Arkansas and the City of Van Buren. The city reserves the right to request qualifications for specific projects that may occur during the year. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
