2024 Drainage Improvements - Phase 1 Act 150 of 1965, Arkansas Statutes States That a Contractor Must Be Licensed by the State Licensing Board of Contractors or Have an Application for License on File With the Licensing Board Before He or She May Submit a Bid for Work When the Cost Thereof is Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) or More. The Project Includes, but is Not Limited to the Following General Scope of Work: Construction of a Public Storm Drainage System, Approximately 1,026 Feet in Length, Including 24-inch to 36-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Inlets, Manholes, Flared End Sections and Other Related Incidental Items.
