2024 Drainage Improvements - Phase 1 Act 150 of 1965, Arkansas Statutes States That a Contractor Must Be Licensed by the State Licensing Board of Contractors or Have an Application for License on File With the Licensing Board Before He or She May Submit a Bid for Work When the Cost Thereof is Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) or More. The Project Includes, but is Not Limited to the Following General Scope of Work: Construction of a Public Storm Drainage System, Approximately 1,026 Feet in Length, Including 24-inch to 36-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Inlets, Manholes, Flared End Sections and Other Related Incidental Items. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Formalities in the Bidding Forms. No Bid May Be Withdrawn Within Sixty (60) Days After the Scheduled Closing Time for Receipt of Bids.
