Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/18 03:00:00 PM NDT 112305001 - 15451 - Confederation Building - West Block HVAC Upgrades, Air Balancing and Duct Cleaning, St. John's, NL WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS .1 Duct Cleaning of all Ventilation (HVAC) Systems and associated equipment for Basement - Level 6 as outlined in the Contract Drawing package. .2 Air Balancing of all Ventilation (HVAC) Systems and associated equipment for Basement - Level 6 as outlined in the Contract Drawing Package. .3 Duct Cleaning scope of work consists of all supply and return ductwork, Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes, Constant Air Volume (CAV) boxes, Fan Powered Boxes (FPB), Air Handling Units, A/C Units and Return Fans associated with Basement - Level 6. .4 Contractor to perform duct leakage testing on all ductwork prior to the commencement of air balancing. Contractor to reference 'Section 23 05 94 - Pressure Testing of Ducted Air Systems' as identified in the NL Master Specification for Public Funded Buildings. Duct leakage reports to be submitted to DTI for review and approval.
