Osceola County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install a comprehensive security system for our buildings and offices. Osceola County is interested in partnering with a reputable vendor who can deliver a solution that meets our security needs effectively and efficiently. Osceola County continues to be proactive in recognizing the need for a comprehensive security system for our buildings and offices and therefore reducing the risks and potential exposure to any and all security threats. The County desires to have a comprehensive assessment of our buildings and offices and our current security measures, along with proposing enhancements, and implementing a new security system. The security system should provide protection against unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats that may arise inside the building including all offices. Enhance the security infrastructure to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and assets. Implement state-of-the-art security technologies for monitoring, access control, and surveillance. Implement panic button alarm technology in all offices which would provide immediate notification to Law Enforcement/911. Provide a scalable solution that can accommodate future expansions or modifications. Minimize downtime during the installation process to avoid disruptions to our operations. Conduct a through assessment of our current security setup, including physical barriers, access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarms, etc. Design a comprehensive security system tailored to our specific requirements and budget constraints. Install and configure security hardware and software components, including but not limit to: Access Control Systems (e.g., keycards, biometric scanners) Intrusion detection systems Video Surveillance Cameras Alarm Systems Monitoring and Management Software Provide training to Osceola County maintenance and IT staff on how to use and manage the new security system effectively. Offer ongoing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the continued functionality and reliability of the security system. Interested vendors are requested to submit a detailed proposal outlining their approach to addressing the objectives and scope of work outlined in the RFP. Proposals should include information about the vendor's experience, qualifications, relevant projects, and references. The proposal should also include a breakdown of cost, including equipment, installation, training, and ongoing support/maintenance.
