Renovation of a water / sewer project in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of August 7, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project will consist of the installation of upgrades to the existing water treatment building including the replacement of the arsenic treatment equipment. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Trumbauersville Borough. Award of Contract, if a Contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Question Deadline 07/29/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions at Online Portal All current Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Standards and Specifications will prevail over all standards and specifications included in this contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
