Award: Midlands Trimlight for $77,483.09 The City of North Augusta Tourism Department is accepting Sealed Bids from a qualified contractor to provide construction services for a Downtown Lighting Enhancement Project. All formal inquiries relating to this bid should be addressed in writing by Thursday, July 18,2024 to: City of North Augusta Tourism Department Attn: Karl Waldhauer 495 Brookside Avenue North Augusta, SC 29841 Or kwaldhauer@northaugustasc.gov The work which the Contractor is required to perform under this contract shall be commenced at the time stipulated by the Owner in the Notice to Proceed to the Contractor and shall be fully completed within 60 consecutive calendar days thereafter. Any delay beyond this shall be assessed liquidated damages in the amount of $150.00 per day The City of North Augusta reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. No bid or performance bond is required on this project. This project extends through Georgia Avenue (both sides) from the Intersection of Georgia and Clifton Avenues northwards to the intersections of Georgia and Forest Avenues and Carolina and Forest Avenues as demonstrated
