Renovation of a water / sewer project in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Description: Major components of the Work include: Protect existing path and repair any damage from construction activities to access pump station. Trim brush as needed for to accommodate removal of existing generator and installation of new generator. Remove existing generator, ATS-1, pump floor lighting, transformer G and panelboard G. Remove and replace existing generator structural support. Remove and replace existing roof and relocate roof drain under generator. Remove and replace existing roof hatch. Remove and replace electric heater and restore ventilation for new ATS room. Install new generator, ATS-1, pump floor lighting, transformer G and panelboard G, Reconfigure the interconnection between power transformer secondary, ATS-1, P-5-A. Remove and replace wiring. Coordinate startup and training of generator and ATS. Question Deadline 07/29/2024 Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The North Shore Water Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The letting and award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes.
