The Project Includes Installation of A New Fire Alarm System for the Library Building and Demolition of The Existing System. The Village Will Award the Contract Based on the Total Bid Amount. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Informalities in Bidding or to Accept the Bid Or Bids, Whichever Best Serves the Interest of the Owner. The Contractor is Encouraged To Obtain Minority-owned (Mbe's), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Dbe's), or Woman Owned Businesses (Wbe's) to Perform Work Or Supply Materials. Prior to the Award, the Village Will Be Reviewing the Contractor's Submittals To Meet the Qualifications Under Minority owned or Woman-owned Business. In Addition, the Village Encourages Mbe's and Wbe's to Submit Bid Proposals.
