Renovation of an educational facility in Oxnard, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Oxnard School District ("District") is issuing a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) from experienced entities to provide Lease Lease-Back Preconstruction and Construction Services for the District's McAuliffe Elementary School Modernization Project. The responses to this RFQ/P shall be used to select a firm that provides the best value to the District for Lease Lease-Back Preconstruction and Construction services to assist the District in the project. The project includes the modernization of McAuliffe elementary school. There is a Prequalification component to this RFQ/P. Please see instructions and complete the forms required through online. All prequalification documents are due by 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Any questions or concerns regarding the above form agreements should be addressed in writing to Gerald Schober, Vice President, Implementation Services via email: gschober@cfwinc.com All questions about the meaning or intent of this request for services shall be submitted to the District's Program Manager, CFW, in writing via letter or email no later than Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.
