Notice of Award will be Friday, July 26th, 2024. The Selected Contractor will be required to obtain a performance bond to cover 100% of the project contract amount and 50% payment bond. If Bids are rejected, the City further reserves the right to investigate and accept the next best Bid in order of ranking, or to reject all Bids and re-solicit for additional Bids.
