Power washing of sidewalks in downtown Manitou Springs. This includes removal of dirt, stains, gum, and any other material hindering the appearance of the sidewalks. No dirt streaks are to be left behind. All water used for cleaning, and any debris, must be collected and disposed of properly. For Details, see RFB.
