Renovation of a municipal facility in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of April 03, 2025, the project was awarded to Silverback Excavation, LLC , with an awarded amount of $299,089.87.** The bid shall have an Anticipated Scope of Services that includes the following 1. The Contractor will provide project costs for crews and equipment, anticipated mobilization time, and anticipated project completion time. 2. The Contractor is responsible for providing all materials and equipment necessary for fabrication, construction, and/or installation of this project. 3. All waste shall be disposed of by the Contractor. 4. The Contractor is responsible for damages, inside or outside the project area. 5. The Contractor is responsible for their own confined space, roadway, and trenching safety procedures. 6. No work shall be done between the hours of 5:30 PM and 7:00 AM, nor at any time on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, except with the written permission of the city or in the case of an emergency. 7. If the project requires street closure - partial or otherwise, the Contractor shall provide all necessary traffic control. All traffic control personnel must at a minimum carry a current CDOT Flagger Certification. A Traffic Control Plan must be submitted to and approved by City staff at the pre-construction meeting. The pre-construction is to be scheduled at time of accepting the contract. 8. Below is the Anticipated General Scope of Services for this project: Reference Number 0000374339 Job Location: 130-132 Manitou Avenue This is part of the Phase 1 construction of the Dillon Mobility Hub Lot, which will provide essential parking and accessibility improvements to serve the community's immediate needs. The scope of work in this RFB involves the renovation for the two existing buildings to supply the Mobility Hub with parking services offices and public restrooms. See attached RFB2025-002.1 document for details.
