**As of April 03, 2025, the project was awarded to Silverback Excavation, LLC , with an awarded amount of $299,089.87.** The bid shall have an Anticipated Scope of Services that includes the following 1. The Contractor will provide project costs for crews and equipment, anticipated mobilization time, and anticipated project completion time. 2. The Contractor is responsible for providing all materials and equipment necessary for fabrication, construction, and/or installation of this project. 3. All waste shall be disposed of by the Contractor. 4. The Contractor is responsible for damages, inside or outside the project area. 5. The Contractor is responsible for their own confined space, roadway, and trenching safety procedures. 6. No work shall be done between the hours of 5:30 PM and 7:00 AM, nor at any time on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, except with the written permission of the city or in the case of an emergency. 7. If the project requires street closure - partial or otherwise, the Contractor shall provide all necessary traffic control. All traffic control personnel must at a minimum carry a current CDOT Flagger Certification. A Traffic Control Plan must be submitted to and approved by City staff at the pre-construction meeting.
