All streets will be milled to a minimum depth of 2" and the paving will be 2" in depth and shall be full width, from either curb to curb, or approximate limits of existing asphalt. 3. Because of the difficulty in trying to quantify the amount of asphalt patching that may be needed either after milling, the City is estimating that up to 12 tons of patching MAY be needed. 4.
