Reference Number 0000394007 The City of Manitou Springs hereby solicits Lump Sum (LS) Bids, as detailed in this Invitation For Bids (IFB), for Sandra Lane - Sutherland Creek Crossing Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Replacement Project. This project is to replace an exsiting culvert and conflicting sanitary sewer line with box culvert and additional sewer infrastructure to eliminate the conflict. The city desires the installation of a precast concrete box culvert to minimize construction and diversion duration. Lump sum bid amount shall be for the complete cost of wrok and shall include all costs for traffic control, materials testing, and bonds and permit costs. Proof of Bid bond shall be submitted with proposal, and the physcial security shall be mailed or delivered to 606 Maniotu Ave, Manitou Springs, CO 80829.
