The City of Manitou Springs, Colorado ("City") is soliciting proposal responses from experienced firms to provide professional services in the following: Paving, repaving, asphalt removal, asphalt reclamation, sidewalk removal, sidewalk construction, and curb and gutter construction. The intent is to establish one or more contracts to support City projects for up to one year term (final dates will be included in award letter) Respondents may respond to one, multiple, or all service areas, and the City reserves the option to award a single contract covering all services or separate contracts by service area, depending on the qualifications and capabilities of the firms. This RFP is issued in accordance with the City of Manitou Springs Municipal Code and procurement policies, and all services will be performed under a subsequent Professional Services Agreement in compliance with City requirements and applicable laws.
