Project Budget and Timeline The total project budget for development of the Brandywine BOA Revitalization Master Plan and associated strategic plans is not to exceed $468,000 with project completion by January 31, 2029. The Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("MWBEs") utilization goal is 30%. Complete a NYS MWBE Utilization Plan (Form D) outlining the proposed MWBE commitment and documentation demonstrating good faith efforts as described in Appendix B.
