Renovation of an educational facility in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to refinishing 38 fiberglass shower pans and surround, 2 ADA roll-in as per secs and keeping with the expected time line over winter break. The scope of work includes but is not limited to repair defects, cracks, fissures and add foam as needed if shower pans are soft. All shower pans must have a slip resistant surface applied. Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 8% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 210 Calendar Days (Construction Dates 12/16/2024 to 01/14/2025)
