Attendance will be recorded. Please be sure to sign the sign in sheet (provided by the Maintenance staff conducting the site visit). The sign in sheet is a separate entity from the resident visitor's log. When signing in, be sure to check the project name listed on the sign in sheet to ensure you are recording your attendance correctly. Failure to do so will cause you to be ineligible to submit a quote. There are no exceptions. Please write clearly for corresponding purposes and make sure you include an email address and phone number where you can be reached. Late arrivers at the site will not be allowed to sign in, participate, nor submit a quote for this project. 2B Courtyard Renovation & Fence Removal. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to this scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Upon completion of 2B Courtyard Renovation & Fence Removal, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with the Maintenance Supervisor.
