CR Number: 2111758 This is an RFQ (request for quotes). This is not an IFB (bid). The Broome DDSO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements detailed in the scope of work. Upon request, vendor must demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience on prior projects of similar magnitude and its subject to vendor responsibility determination. Broome DDSO reserves the right to reject all quotes. Contract term: Within 60 days of receiving the purchase order. Location: Broome DDSO-Gray St IRA; 7 Gray Street Binghamton, NY 13904 1. 1. Contractor to build new roof system . 2. Rebuild new roof per the attached engineered drawings. Pay special attention to fasteners and brackets to be used. 3. All work must be completed according to all applicable codes, industry best standards, and manufacturer's instructions. 4. Job will not be considered complete until the job is verified and accepted by Plant Superintendent of designated supervisor. 5. All work must be warrantied to be free of defects in workmanship for one year after completion of work.
