Cold Planing and Profiling of Bituminous Surfaces Additional Information at the date and time stated bids will be open for 7 construction related items in order of sequence. BID EVALUATION: Bids will be evaluated on qualifying bid information, and award will be made to one responsive, responsible Bidder with the lowest total bid. WORKMANSHIP: Workmanship determined to be below the high standard of this craft will not be accepted, and will be corrected and/or replaced as warranted by the Director of Public Works. JOB SITE: Work locations and areas for treatment will be specifically delineated in the field by the Director of Public Works or his authorized representative. No payment will be rendered for any work performed outside the designated areas. QUANTITY OF WORK: The Methuen DPW has established a work program for the 2024 construction season which is estimated at 10,000 SY. Due to FY'25 funding constraints, the City of Methuen may not have any funds available to purchase this service
