Labor and materials to supply and install Railing & Ramp at the Freetown Elementary School Gym. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 149 - Building Construction Contracts, the Town of Freetown, MA is seeking quotations from qualified vendors to supply and install new ramp & railing at the Freetown Elementary School located at 43 Bullock Road, MA Project Description: Labor and Materials to supply and install new ramp & railing at the Freetown Elementary School Gym. The Scope of the work includes the following: 1) Apply for Permits, if applicable (fees will be waived) 2) Supply and install new ramp & railing that will duplicate existing ramp & railing at existing door, and comply with American with Disabilities Act. 3) New ramp's bottom landing will abut existing landing at existing concrete ramp 4) Work must be done in harmony with vendor installing doors 5) Owner will manage painting railing. Question Deadline 07/25/2024 at 11:00 AM ET All Bidder's questions are due by no later than Bidders shall make written request to Deborah L. Pettey, Town Administrator at procurement@freetownma.gov
