As of September 05, 2024. Project is not yet awarded, no anticipated award date yet. A bid bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty. The right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality is reserved by the City. The project is being partially funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The successful bidder will be required to conform to all Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements, including all procurement, construction, bidding, purchases and acquisition requirements. Requirements are noted within the appendix of these bid documents. Pursuant to 2 CFR $200.322, as appropriate, and to the extent consistent with law, Contractor should, to the greatest extent practicable under this Contract, provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States (including but not limited to iron, aluminum, steel, cement, and other manufactured products). The requirements of this section must be included in all subcontracts and purchase orders for work or products under this Contract.
