Seeding of designated Buffer Zone of Chortitz Drain, consisting of 3.7 km of drain ROW, approximately 8.0 Hectares (excluding the drain slopes and bottom) The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Working Days Will Be Assessed by Manitoba Starting Seven Days After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work Seeding Liquidated Damages The Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Ten (10) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed.
