Sports Haven Mobile Home Park Infrastructure Improvements. Estimated Cost $2,500,000. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to perform the Sportshaven Infrastructure Improvement Project, which is located at 370 Mill Valley Road, Belchertown, Massachusetts. The project includes, but is not limited to, abatement/demolition of existing mobile homes, utility improvements (water and wastewater), roadway and drainage improvements and incidental items as set forth in the specifications. This project is being administered by the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) and funded by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities through FY2018 and FY2022/23 Belchertown Community Development Block Grant Program. This project is also being funded through drinking water grants from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), as well as the Town of Belchertown Community Preservation Act (CPA).
