Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Chiller Replacements at Hanford Hanford Dole ES Replacement of McQuay Chiller Model ALS155AS27 with a compatible Model chiller of Capacity and voltage. Removal of all line voltage and low voltage wiring. The installation on all wiring to New Chiller. Removal of Chilled water piping from old chiller. The installation of Chilled water piping to new chiller including installation of tees with New Butterfly valves for future temporary chiller. Replacement of all Temperature and pressure Gauges on chilled water pipes. Replacement of all insulation on chilled water pipes outdoors. Start-up of new Chiller. School district must be under contract no later than September 30,2024 and work completed prior to December 15, 2024. These projects are federally funded through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER Fund) and is subject to the Davis Bacon General Wage requirements.
